The UK "judicial system" - in believing the AI hype concerning the introduction of AI into the legal system - has been "sucker punched!" The dream of "paperless courts" - "screen / portal based litigation" - has become a nightmare resulting in "new" - "machine AI robotic paradigm" - "jurisprudentially - incomprehensible judgements" and "court systems logistics" - not fit for humans.... criminal trial backlogs.... The result has been the near "total destruction" - of the Legal System - in terms of "quality" & "efficiency" - no aspect has been spared.

From law students and their "mechanisation" (training)... - through to the Lawyers - who now "gaze hypnotically" - into "screens" - instead - of "practicing law."

To judges - who engage in the same practice - but in addition, as a result of a reliance of "AI assistance" - have "lost the art of judicial reasoning" and who have abandoned not only the "common law" & "fairness" but "common sense" and "proper" - "deductive" - "Jurisprudence"......how do I know these things, since I am no longer (thankfully) - in practice? -

It is because I have "experienced" - it's effects - as a "CITIZEN-VICTIM"..... From an "anarchic legal bureaucracy" - which has produced a near "HERMETICALLY LEGAL SYSTEM" - to which the public is almost completely excluded - save to finance it through - extortionate fees! - at all stages of litigation.....even in the absence of Lawyers fees ...and where you represent yourself.... it is nigh impossible to "safely finance" litigation (your health will suffer) ....unless - you are an "Oligarch!".....

TRY......To call a court... TRY ....To access a court office to discuss your case TRY.... To access courts as a member of the public - to view the "administration of justice".... TRY....To access legal materials so that you can prepare your case (you won't be able to afford a lawyer and you'll hardly be able to afford court fees...) TRY.... To pay your court fees - you will be given a "formula" - to "calculate your fees" - These are not fees - THEY ARE TAXES!.... TRY....TO....

Where are the Lawyers? ...

These are "My Accusations" - these and many many more... if it's not the Judges then it's AI - OR - as we lawyers like to say........."and/or both!"
