INTRODUCTION
"MY ACCUSATIONS"
These are based on my experience of decades of injustice within the of the UK Judicial System - "silently" and without "public mention."

This was largely due to the futility, in my opinion, of complaining - or even raging against a "corrupt state" - corrupted at all levels and in all aspects, which included the UK legal system.

The other reason was as a result of my own personal philosophy - which was not only "honed into being" - by those decades of injustice - but which I simultaneously, sought to 'prove' or 'disprove' - through my own life, at least for myself.

So central was this 'belief' - that I formulated it into a neat "Aphorism" - and so profound I believed its effect - that I styled it - "The Supreme Aphorism" -

"Everything is as it should be - to those who have the patience to await - the products of their fates - being prepared for their destiny."
- Oladipo Adegboyega Adelaja, SOTI Collected Works -"The Supreme Aphorism"
And so I waited.
MY ACCUSATIONS:
"THE CASE AGAINST THE JUDGES"

I have deliberately headed this particular event - "The Case Against The Judges" and not the "Judicial System" - not because the system itself is not similarly at fault, but because the "personnel" of the system, individually, as individual acts of freewill, both partake and thereby perpetuate the system.

How is this "Judicial Tyranny" - "prosecuted" and "perpetuated" - by the Judiciary in the UK? This and related questions, are to be considered in this series of events.

I shall only make reference to my own individual experience, by way of actual cases, after decades of UK injustice - when it serves to make a point of "general application."

As for myself - I have survived those decades - but not one day passes - without me reflecting on how ordinary people survive this, what I term - "quiet judicial tyranny."
THE PRESUMPTION & PERCEPTION OF THE HONESTY
OF THE JUDICIARY

There is a "presumption" and "perception" of honesty on the part of the Judiciary in the UK. This unfortunately is not the case.

It was at one time - aided by the mandatory wearing of 'Judicial Uniform' - by the Judges - the ceremonial looking, but very practical, with regards to perception management - of judicial wigs and gowns, worn by judges. This has largely disappeared - a catastrophic and fatal mistake, when it comes to the 'perception management' of the people........(to be continued in Part Two...)
